i didn't think you would mention gannon's injury....but since you brought it up, i was please with mr. collins play last week, and then followed it this week with i believe it was 5 turnovers in one game. one in each of the last 4 possessions if my information is correct.
i've never like the guy, but i was hoping he might come through for us. with gannon, you ahve to admit, the guy is like 300 years old, it's about time for him to die i think. id on't know if you saw the clip of him getting hit or not, but it was a pretty rough hit, completely legal, but still pretty bad.
i still believe that the raiders are going to have at least a .500 season.
and since i did bash the chiefs, i will say, that was i very impressed with their play last night on mnf. if they can play like that for the rest of the season, they could end up in the playoffs, but i'm not going to be counting on that...
as for the astros, they've got a good team, i think good enough to get past the braves, (of course i might be saying that just because i hate the braves), but i dont' think they will get past the cardinals.
although i haven't been following baseball much, i'm going to have to put the cardinals and yankees in the world series, with the cardinals winning in 5, maybe 6.
of course, the cardinals will beat the astros to make it to the world series, and the yankees will be the red sox, although, i'm hoping to see the red sox beat the yankees....

I watched some of the game at lunch today between them and LA....they were getting spanked. I just think other teams (the astros being one of them) have better team chemistry.
I'm not making a prediction...i always jinx it.
